I’m a product professional with 7+ years of experience in product development and user research, now focused on designing learning and engagement systems for children. I build behaviour-driven experiences with real-life application, and I’m especially excited by parent-led engagement.

In BalVardhan, I designed a daily engagement system beyond screen time, structuring the journey as story → action → play → reflection. I incorporated caregiver-based scenarios and working parent challenges, built a UI prototype using Canva, and explored how AI could support parent-led engagement through activity suggestions and conversation prompts.

In the Hanuman Ji Learning System, I combined storytelling with behaviour design to make complex concepts child-friendly. I built the flow story → meaning → concept → real-life application, added activity-based reinforcement for engagement, and explored an AI-assisted conceptual layer with simplified explanations, reflection prompts, and parent guidance.

Previously at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, I led product development and lifecycle management, conducted user research, and translated insights into improved product offerings. I launched a product generating ₹101 Cr in 3 months and improved digital repayment adoption by 44%, grounding my current work in measurable impact and strong user insight.
