I’m looking for remote global opportunities where I can lead technical presales, client onboarding, and post-integration support for enterprise cash management and banking APIs—turning requirements into reliable, scalable solutions with strong stakeholder communication.

I am Pre and Post Sales professional with over 9 years of experience in Banking company. Throughout my career, I have been managed for more 200 enterprises clients worked closely with sales, product, business analyst, IT team and stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues, manage payment processes, investigate incidents, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

My experience includes handling payment operations, customer support, client onboarding, troubleshooting API-related issues, transaction monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams. I have supported clients across different industry and I am comfortable working in fast-paced, remote environments.

I enjoy solving complex problems, improving customer experiences, and helping businesses successfully adopt technology products. I am particularly interested in SaaS, fintech, AI, API-driven platforms, customer success, technical support, solutions consulting, and product-focused roles.
