What I'm looking for

I enjoy working as a senior business analyst in environments that demand value-driven delivery and AI collaboration. I’m interested in collaborating with partners to build digitization processes, prevent project failure, and ensure delivered outcomes create measurable value for end users, stakeholders, and sponsors.

At FPT Software, I worked with global clients on projects across retail, pharmacy, healthcare, automotive, mortgage, HR, and oil and gas. I analyzed business needs and designed solutions, including systems for production workflows, sales approvals, finance, and pipeline monitoring.

At PT. Wirecard Indonesia, I worked on digital cash-management and payment projects for regional banks. I designed workflows and system solutions, documented requirements, and supported testing and user adoption; projects included Mandiri Forex Online and CIMB Singapore’s exotic-currency feature.

Earlier, at PT. Panin Bank Tbk, I worked on retail and corporate banking products, including transfers, payments, virtual accounts, and SWIFT. I also designed product concepts and specifications with IT and marketing teams and coordinated testing and quality checks.

I began in IT quality assurance and business analysis at PT. Danamon Tbk and PT. Emerio Indonesia, after starting my career in finance and accounting at PT. Acer Indonesia. Across my work, I’ve focused on connecting business needs with technical solutions and keeping requirements and designs clear for stakeholders and delivery teams.
