I’m an IT Analyst with 9+ years in the banking industry, evolving from full-stack development into system strategy and leadership. I specialize in turning complex business requirements into scalable technical designs—without losing sight of risk, integrity, and operational efficiency.

In my current role, I orchestrate project governance for Credit Documentation and Problem Credit Settlement workstreams, from end-to-end lifecycle through strict delivery timelines. I align stakeholders across business users (Product Owners), cross-functional IT teams, and UAT teams to harmonize scope, dependencies, and priorities.

Previously, as a Senior Backend Engineer & System Analyst, I led a Credit Documentation system revamp—modernizing legacy workflows into automated, secure storage processes. I also managed multiple core applications simultaneously, maintaining 99.9% availability for credit-related operations while bridging banking logic like collectibility, insurance policies, and appraisal modules.

Earlier, I built backend services and integrations for third-party life insurance, developing high-availability API gateways and automating insurance lifecycle steps such as ordering, cancellations, and data retrieval. Across projects, I focus on requirement translation, process automation, and risk-aware delivery, with a strong bias toward coaching teams and sustaining business continuity.
