At Auxy AI, I own the roadmap for an AI Ticketing & Escalation platform, partnering with AI/ML, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success to take products from discovery through QA. I optimized RAG pipelines and prompt orchestration, reducing daily human escalations from 20–35 to 5–9 tickets.
I also led the PRD and delivery of automated escalation workflows, RBAC, intelligent routing, and an Excel bulk-import capability that reduced enterprise provisioning from days to minutes. My work combines customer discovery, RICE prioritization, sprint execution, and go-to-market delivery.
As the founder of Reffconnect, I built an AI-powered referral marketplace from 0→1. I designed and A/B tested a credit-based referral model that delivered 78% higher referral acceptance and 6× engagement, while defining verification, monetisation, AI matching, and growth strategy.
