What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can strengthen Windows Server and networking, deliver fast help-desk support, and grow into DevOps/cloud automation to improve backend reliability and system troubleshooting.

I’m an IT student and junior system administrator focused on Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and user permission management. I’m known for troubleshooting user issues while keeping backend infrastructure stable, and I enjoy transforming recurring problems into automation.

In my IT Support Specialist experience, I supported clients through help-desk workflows and resolved complex hardware and software issues with a strong user-support mindset. I’m actively building toward DevOps and cloud automation, supported by network-focused training and certifications in Cisco CCNA and Network Security.
