At Instavatar group, I worked across three companies as Chief of Staff and founder-proxy, turning the CEO’s decisions into shipped work across go-to-market, product, monetization, and hiring. For MyFamiliz, I redrew the free and paid tiers, taking conversion from 0.5% to 10% in a year and revenue to €30k a year.
I built and ran SFGR / Tombissime, a marketplace for grave flowering and upkeep, owning its unit economics and recruiting local partners. I also built and shipped MindTrack on my own, from product design and scoring logic to longitudinal tracking, using Lovable, React, and Supabase.
