What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my IT support, multilingual communication, and client relationship experience in an international environment where I can resolve technical issues, support stable operations, and contribute to customer success.

At Dornach.eu, I provided 1st/2nd line technical support, resolved hardware and software incidents, managed helpdesk requests, and helped maintain stable IT infrastructure.
