What I'm looking for
I’m a Salesforce Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience delivering international CRM projects across Experience Cloud and Service Cloud. I bring a strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, backlog management, and Salesforce configuration, working closely with cross-functional and multicultural teams to design, test, and implement scalable solutions.
In my current role at Capgemini (2023–Present), I work on international Salesforce CRM projects for global clients across multiple industries, focused on Experience Cloud and Service Cloud solutions. I specialize in business analysis, Salesforce configuration, backlog management, customization, and quality assurance processes in Agile environments.
My day-to-day impact includes gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, managing and prioritizing product backlogs, and performing Salesforce configuration and localization for Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud. I also write user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, and user manuals, then drive delivery through UAT, Non-Regression Testing (NRT), and sanity checks across multiple environments.
I’m also hands-on with building user-focused functionality using custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) and collaborating across Europe to meet project goals. I integrate Salesforce with external ERP systems like SAP, support end-user training and adoption, and help drive change management initiatives—always with a passion for solving problems and improving processes.
