I’m a results-driven Technical Support Specialist with 10 years at Canon Canada, focused on delivering advanced hardware, software, and network support across Western Canada. I combine hands-on troubleshooting with clear communication to keep customer operations moving—whether I’m working remotely or on-site.

I’m most effective diagnosing and resolving complex issues involving Canon hardware and software solutions, firmware, drivers, print servers, and network connectivity. I manage escalations end-to-end, document everything in CRM/ticketing systems, and ensure unresolved problems are escalated accurately and quickly to the right engineering contacts.

As the designated Technical Trainer and Regional Trainer for Alberta, BC, and Saskatchewan, I trained 100+ field technicians over 10 years through 4–5 structured sessions annually. I built lab-based environments to replicate customer issues, validate fixes before deployment, and support hands-on training that improves confidence and consistency.

I also strengthen process by standardizing troubleshooting approaches, developing SOPs and knowledge base materials, and mentoring technicians on best practices for diagnostics and network configuration.
