I paused my agency in October 2026, with no active clients, to commit long-term to one company.

At Rheo Technologies, I grew a solo software practice into a 15-person agency and delivered 35+ projects for clients across four regions. I handled client discovery and scoping, designed systems, and led delivery; 15+ clients returned for further work.

I shipped a production multi-agent system for an insurance agency covering quotes, documents, renewals, and lead follow-up, with human handover when an agent was unsure. I also built production RAG and document AI workflows, and paused the agency in October 2026 to commit long-term to one company.
