What I'm looking for
I’m a Proposal/Marketing Manager who organizes, plans, and controls work while integrating quality assurance into every phase. At Virtual Energy Solutions (SDVOSB), I managed proposal development for higher education, healthcare, and SF330, led kickoff discussions on proposal strategy, and coordinated award submissions for regional and national architecture competitions.
I also built and maintained the company website, and partnered closely with Strategic Business Unit leaders to develop annual marketing plans tied to business goals. Previously at BatesForum now LJC (a Clayco company), I owned the coordination, writing, and editing of statements of qualifications, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials—ensuring full RFP/Q compliance through a Project Execution Plan that tracked client-specified criteria.
