What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a stimulating role in a dynamic organization where I can deliver value through technology and business analysis, contribute to innovation and service excellence, and support effective solutions for complex business needs.

I'm currently supporting insurance transformation initiatives at GFT Technologies, where I analyze, document, and validate requirements across Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and ContactManager.

I work closely with business users, functional SMEs, developers, and project managers to turn functional requirements into configured Guidewire solutions. My work includes requirements workshops, functional specifications, gap analysis, testing, data validation, user guides, and post-production support.

Previously, at BMO Financial Group Wealth Management Operations, I gathered requirements, produced functional documentation, performed data mapping and ETL transformation analysis, and supported technology solutions while considering AML and KYC compliance.

My background in business technology, customer service, marketing leadership, and financial operations helps me bring clear communication, practical analysis, and a value-delivery mindset to complex projects.
