I’ve been a Business Analyst at Home Trust Bank (ON, Canada) since October 2023, running requirements gathering sessions and process walkthroughs to capture stakeholder needs. I create and update user stories, journey maps, and system use cases, then work with business and technical teams through user acceptance testing, production go-live, and operational support.
Before that, I supported North Bridge Insurance (ON, Canada) on SharePoint automation and e-invoicing, where I defined interface needs, built traceability matrices, and worked with QA on test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
