At GS Stores, I manage product content, merchandising, pricing, stock integrity, and fulfillment across multi-brand WooCommerce storefronts in Lebanon and Jordan covering more than 12,000 SKUs.

I architected and deployed internal fulfillment tools including Pick Allocator, AWB Merge, and WooCommerce Toolkit, reducing core operational cycles by 80–90%. I also manage data flow between WooCommerce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to maintain inventory accuracy, location-code integrity, and sales-order tracking.

My work spans COD operations, cross-border fulfillment with Aramex, cash reconciliation, returns, carrier handoffs, and dispatch. Previously, I processed approximately 600 weekly shipments and helped establish the manual procedures that later became automated systems.

I'm also building on my e-commerce background through M.A. studies in Brand Management & Communication, connecting brand strategy, conversion execution, and long-term brand equity.
