What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable category, catalog, and marketplace operations systems where I can combine data quality, vendor strategy, technical troubleshooting, and cross-functional delivery.

At Wakilni Marketplace, I scaled a multivendor catalog from 7,000 to 120,000+ products and grew its vendor base from 40 to 444 sellers. I designed the taxonomy, regex-based classification, duplicate detection, and data-quality systems supporting that growth across WooCommerce and WCFM.

I've also led operations, sales, and customer success at Reef Kinetics, growing its active customer base to 15,000+ and reducing dissatisfaction below 17%. I bring technical problem-solving, commercial judgment, and a long track record of public-facing communication through radio and television production.
