I contributed to 10+ bi-monthly CRM enhancement releases, from requirement analysis and test planning through SIT/UAT execution and defect management. I also supported regression testing across multiple CRM products, covering 150+ test scenarios through manual and automated test execution.
I performed API integration testing with Postman and Workbench, validating inbound and outbound interfaces, payloads, response codes, and end-to-end workflows. I also supported production incidents, hotfix validations, and critical release testing.
I prepared QA artifacts including test cases, RTMs, and test summary reports, and performed GxP-aligned validation using HP-ALM and Veeva Vault. I use AI-assisted requirement analysis and test design, and received Cognizant Cheers Team Awards for quality delivery.
