I’ve delivered $10M+ annual run-rate savings and 7–15% YoY productivity by standardizing intake-to-value and scaling automation/AI (RPA/IDP/Pega). I institutionalized KPI/value dashboards (Power BI), tightened CoE governance/SLAs, and ran monthly portfolio reviews with CFO/CIO steering, influencing portfolio growth within $60M TCV programs.

Reliability and operational rigor are core to how I work—I’ve ensured 95–99.5% platform reliability across multi-year, multi-country transformations through architecture guardrails, SLAs, and CoE operating models. I also strengthen controls and trust by aligning operating models to SOX/GDPR requirements and improving executive reporting.

I scale high-performing teams responsibly, growing a 300+ FTE global delivery organization using structured playbooks, achieving 80% workforce certification and ~8% bench-to-bill. Earlier, I built and led a 100-person Automation CoE, delivered 50 go-lives in 10 months, and improved platform availability to ~99.5% while reducing incidents ~30% through standardized DevOps/CI-CD practices.
