I’m a seasoned technology and governance leader with 27+ years of experience leading large scale digital and AI driven transformations for multinational Life Sciences and other global enterprises. As a Certified Independent Director (IICA), I bring independent judgement and constructive challenge, with a focus on transparency, operational resilience, and innovation in complex businesses.

In my current role as Program Director, Digital Transformation at Cognizant Technology Solutions (Bangalore), I lead a high-impact transformation for a Life Sciences client, spearheading a cross-functional team of 1300+ members. I’ve driven infrastructure and application transformation using automation and agentic AI capabilities, and I also collaborate to set up their GCC to enhance service delivery and operational excellence.
