I'm currently supporting IPO preparation, acquisitions, and legal/compliance oversight for PT Anugerah Specia Pratama, a holding company with five plastic manufacturing factories. I manage legal due diligence, litigation, contracts, labor-law compliance, and General Affairs functions including facilities and company assets.
As co-founder of PT Sarana Aneka Karya, I oversee the company’s non-technical business functions, including HR, General Affairs, legal, administration, licensing, vendor relationships, procurement, and office operations.
Over more than 10 years at PT New Module International and in current roles, I’ve managed full HR functions, quality systems, workplace safety, corporate licensing, and Board-level legal matters. I bring Certified General OHS Expert credentials alongside ISO, HAZOP, HIRADC, risk management, and internal-audit training.
