At ATOS, I administered Jamf Pro for a fleet of 1,000+ macOS devices serving U.S.-based enterprise clients. I managed Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment, and maintained Zero-Touch Deployment workflows for remote onboarding.
I developed and maintained a library of 25+ Bash and Python scripts for endpoint security tasks, including firewall enablement, scoped user permissions, and patch management. I also built Jamf API-driven automation for group management, Extension Attributes, and remote device operations.
Earlier, at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I managed a fleet of approximately 700 macOS devices and administered Tuxedo middleware on Unix/Linux systems. I led an end-to-end Jamf Pro server upgrade and authored Bash scripts for routine administration; at HCL Technologies, I created, tested, and deployed macOS software packages.
