Paulo Agustin

I am a civil engineer with hands-on experience in construction management, cost estimation, and site supervision across university projects and private midrise developments. I ensure quality standards and design specifications are met while maintaining accurate records of progress, materials, and labor deployment.

I have supported mapping and system analysis using QGIS and contributed to web UI/UX design and information system improvements while working in university development and innovation roles. I also produced quarterly monitoring and evaluation reports and participated in an impact evaluation study with a regional economic development agency.

My field experience includes structural and civil works oversight, subcontractor evaluation and billing, weekly progress reporting, and representing the owner at coordination meetings. I bring practical surveying skills, technical reporting ability, and strong coordination with architects and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
