I am an experienced telecom billing manager with over three decades in the industry, focused on billing database integrity, invoicing, and operations management. I led billing teams, managed billing system migrations (Analog to Digital; SOCRATES to CIS; CIS to Ericsson), and ensured accurate reconciliation of unbilled tolls, fraud detection and billing anomaly resolution.
