What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a senior engineering leadership role where I can set technical strategy, scale teams, stay hands-on with architecture, and build AI-powered products for India or international markets.

I've led engineering and architecture at Parentof, building AI-led learning platforms including Attention Hero and PupilPod. I scaled a 30–40+ engineer organisation, moved releases from monthly to weekly, and reduced time-to-market by approximately 30% through DevOps and CI/CD improvements.

I built a proprietary no-code accelerator that helped launch PupilPod, a school ERP reaching an estimated 100,000+ students across 100+ schools. As co-founder and CTO of SafeTrip and Gr8fynd, I took products from concept to production and led SafeTrip through acquisition and technical integration into Parentof.

Earlier, I led high-availability fintech delivery for Moneycontrol, Sharekhan, CRISIL, NDTV Profit, and HDFC Securities. I combine technical strategy, distributed-system architecture, and hands-on AI-assisted engineering with Claude, Codex, and Gemini.
