I’m an engineering leader with 12+ years building 0→1 products and scaling teams across EdTech and RETech. I’ve operated end-to-end—from full-stack architecture and data engineering to hands-on game engineering and cross-functional delivery.

At Creative Galileo, I joined as Employee #2 with no product, no team, and no funding—and the company has since raised a Series B. I led a B2B pivot, launched six mobile apps in under three months, built a CMS architecture for 10,000+ learning assets, and designed an HTML5 game architecture shipping 10,000+ interactive activities with near-zero load latency.

I also built the cloud infrastructure on AWS from scratch (S3, CloudFront, MediaConvert, RDS, EC2), delivering 1,000+ on-demand videos via CDN, and scaled teams to 25+ engineers while growing a game engineering sub-team from 1 to 10. I designed automated reporting pipelines and stakeholder dashboards using Mixpanel, Google Analytics, MySQL, and Google Data Studio.

I’m equally comfortable at the edge—offline-first reliability for low-connectivity sites—and in emerging AI workflows. As co-founder/CTO of SuperWise, I led biometric attendance (TensorFlow + OpenCV) and multi-tenant B2B products, helped raise seed + a government grant, and exited the company; at Creative Galileo, I built Toon Bot and a RAG-based self-improvement loop for worksheet generation.
