I’m seeking a remote or hybrid Supply Chain Analyst, Demand/Inventory Planner, or Supply Chain Coordinator role in e-commerce, quick-commerce, or retail.

At Innovative Retail Concepts Pvt. Ltd. (Big Basket), I coordinate New Store Opening rollouts across NF Project, HR, Store Operations, IT, Central SCM, and SLP teams. In one year, I coordinated launches for 71 stores in the Mumbai region while maintaining digital SOPs and status reporting.

I plan demand and inventory across 24,620+ SKUs and 1,649,519 units per day. Through demand alignment and stock positioning analysis, I improved Fill Rate from 99.11% to 99.73%.

I also analyzed dispatch and delivery data to improve OTIF from 93% to 96%, and used cycle-count analysis and WMS data monitoring to bring inventory accuracy to 98.65%+. My work on delivery planning reduced delivery cost per shipment by 6% through improved vehicle utilization.

Earlier, I managed inventory and DC operations at Big Basket and coordinated shift dispatch planning. My experience also includes hub operations at GETIT Grocery Pvt. Ltd. and retail operations at Trent Hypermarket Ltd. (Star Bazaar) and HyperCITY Retail.
