I’m looking for a retail role where I can own OTB, allocation, and inventory productivity end-to-end—using KPI dashboards for data-driven decisions—while driving growth, stock availability, and tighter commercial performance across multiple locations.

I’m a Retail Planning & Allocation leader with 10+ years across multi-store retail, merchandise planning, Open-to-Buy (OTB), and inventory management. I combine analytical thinking with commercial ownership (P&L) to optimize availability, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce inventory inefficiency.

Over a decade, I scaled annual turnover from ₹5 Crore to ₹34 Crore by owning OTB planning, store-level allocation, and replenishment. I also built KPI dashboards and real-time reporting to drive data-driven decisions, and I helped launch 10 exclusive apparel stores while standardizing SOPs and inventory processes across the network.
