At Nabtesco Aerospace, I partner with management on HR policies, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and leave programs. I use site data, headcount metrics, and detailed reporting to guide workforce decisions and organizational goals.

I lead complex employee-relations investigations and difficult workplace conversations with urgency, accuracy, and sound judgment. I work closely with site leadership and legal partners to resolve issues, maintain compliance, and strengthen morale, retention, and productivity.

Previously, at Northern Trust and Société Générale, I advised employee groups across multiple business verticals, coached managers, and built programs for leader integration, team-leader effectiveness, performance, compensation, and retention. I also developed compensation dashboards and benchmarking tools to support equitable, informed talent decisions.

I'm comfortable moving between strategic HR leadership and hands-on execution, including HRIS implementation support, HR process reviews, learning-platform reporting, and policy education. I bring experience with ADP, Workday, PeopleSoft, employment law, FAA, OSHA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and Workers' Compensation requirements.
