At Jack Henry and Associates, I facilitated the migration of proprietary gateways to Amazon API Gateway, documenting requirements and mapping architecture. At American Express, I worked on identity, login, and core network modernization initiatives, including requirements for SSO, MFA, and a GoLang- and gRPC-based architecture.
At Centene Corporation, I worked on healthcare claims workflows with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Epic Payer Platform, supporting data exchange and healthcare reporting. Earlier, at Walgreens, I documented enterprise application requirements and used SQL and Tableau for retail data analysis.
