Data Analyst at SRDV Technologies, building SQL insights and stakeholder dashboards from e-commerce and SaaS data.
IndiaWhat I'm looking for
At SRDV Technologies, I built SQL analyses on e-commerce and B2B SaaS data, including a 10-query review that uncovered and corrected two data correctness bugs. I turned the findings into a public GitHub repository and a founder-facing case study.
I also designed two Metabase dashboards for founder and product manager audiences. Each was informed by a stakeholder interview and PRD, with metric consistency checked across the dashboards.
Before moving into data analysis, I worked as a Technical Business Analyst at SRDV Technologies, gathering requirements and documenting business processes. For UthaoTrip, I documented booking requirements and coordinated TBO API integration, helping reduce booking errors by about 40%.
My work also included CRM reporting and workflow documentation, including an UP Government CMO CRM integration that reduced manual data entry by about 50%. I bring a developer’s end-to-end perspective and a habit of first understanding who a deliverable is for.
