At Tekzen Systems, I analyzed API-sourced user interactions for an automotive e-commerce platform, using MariaDB and SQL to examine customer activity and validate application data. I also created Excel reports and tested APIs with Postman.

In my Brazilian E-Commerce Performance Analysis project, I built a five-page Power BI dashboard and an RFM model to examine sales, customer retention, and seller performance. I also analyzed budget and expense records with Power BI, SQL, and Python, finding that budget variance improved from 13.67% in 2022 to 10.11% in 2023.
