I've built analytics solutions for payments, e-commerce, and healthcare use cases using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python.

In my PayFlow payments analytics project, I analyzed more than 2 million UPI transactions, built a four-page Power BI dashboard, and ran an A/B test that increased checkout completion from 82.1% to 88.2%. I also developed a logistic regression churn model with a ROC-AUC of 0.871 to identify a key retention lever across 50,000 users.

For e-commerce analytics, I created an SQL and ETL layer over retail data, transforming $4.49M in revenue and 33,580 orders into a Bronze/Silver/Gold model. I used RFM segmentation and Tableau dashboards to surface retention, funnel, and revenue recommendations for stakeholders.

During my Business Analyst traineeship at MedTourEasy, I built Power BI and Tableau dashboards for a healthcare client, validated data quality, documented more than 10 test cases, and communicated findings clearly to stakeholders.
