What I'm looking for

I'm looking to turn real-world data into clear business stories and decisions, using SQL and Python to investigate root causes and Power BI to make insights actionable for stakeholders.

I turn raw transaction data into business decisions using SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI. Across 150K+ records, I've investigated customer behavior, profitability, and operational performance.

In an Olist marketplace analysis, I wrote 29 SQL queries across a 7-table dataset covering 99.4K orders and R$16M in revenue. I found a 3.12% repeat-customer rate behind 97% fulfillment, showing retention—not delivery or acquisition—was the primary growth constraint.

I also analyzed 51K Global Superstore orders, identifying $12.6M in sales and $1.47M in profit drivers by product and discount tier. I build dashboards that translate validated findings into clear actions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
