In my current role at Randstad Enterprise (APAC Operations Admin), I improved service delivery by using data analytics to surface project delays early. I built utilization-focused dashboards in Looker Studio to visualize consultant availability and rate structures, helping delivery teams optimize resource planning and allocation.

At Wipro/UBS (Project Management Officer), I led performance management for 100+ employees and supported end-to-end fulfillment for a critical line of business. I designed and maintained PMO processes, tools, and templates to standardize project management practices, strengthen governance, and ensure strict compliance and quality standards.
