I’m a PMO Operations Analyst with nearly 4 years of experience supporting end-to-end project delivery, governance, stakeholder management, project planning, and cross-functional coordination across IT and business initiatives. I coordinate project execution activities to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and governance processes, while maintaining integrated project plans, RAID logs, and executive reporting.

I also focus on delivery performance monitoring, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation—preparing status reports that cover project progress, resource utilization, financial health, and deliverables. I’m especially proud of using Power Automate to streamline workflows (e.g., bulk candidate outreach to 200+ recipients), reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency through process improvement.
