I’m an operations and PMO project management professional with 15+ years of cross-functional experience across multiple industries, supporting globally distributed teams and engaging senior business executives through executive-ready presentations and reporting. I focus on stakeholder management, clear communication, and team enablement to help delivery stay aligned with business objectives.
In my most recent PMO role (Operational Governance), I directed operational governance and project control—driving resource planning, onboarding strategies, financial forecasting, and governance reporting across cross-functional groups. I developed and maintained financial forecasting models with MME and Finance, strengthening visibility into charge trends, COLA adjustments, actuals validation, financial reconciliation, and change request projections, while improving service reliability through SLA governance frameworks, incident management, and escalation protocols.
I also led operational performance monitoring and decision-making through KPI tracking, executive dashboards, and weekly/monthly business reviews. Earlier, I partnered on RPA deployment feasibility, leading a Proof of Concept to assess readiness for scaling 20 RPA bots by validating capacity planning, infrastructure readiness, dependencies, access requirements, and deployment risks; I’m equally passionate about internal capability building, planning and delivering 100+ virtual and classroom training sessions across conflict management, business communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder engagement.
