I’m a Data Analyst with 3.5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, KPI reporting, and process optimization across EPC, manufacturing, and service industries. I focus on turning messy, high-volume operational data into stakeholder-ready insights.

At SGS India Private Limited, I analyzed operational and manufacturing datasets across EPC projects (Solar, Water, Infrastructure, Industrial) to support decision-making and workflow improvements. I collected, cleaned, validated, and analyzed technical inspection datasets, ensuring 98% reporting accuracy, consistency, and reliable project performance reporting.

I build dashboard-based KPI reporting models and operational dashboards to monitor defect trends, accepted/rejected lots, quality metrics, and project performance. I perform trend and performance analysis (inspection, certification, production, operational data) to identify bottlenecks, and I translate complex datasets into actionable reports for clients and senior management using SQL, Excel, and Python (Pandas, NumPy).

I also strengthen reporting efficiency through ETL, data validation, stakeholder management, and workflow automation—using AI-assisted tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot. Earlier, as a Jr. Software Developer, I worked with CRM systems, built Power BI and Tableau KPI dashboards, optimized SQL queries, and automated recurring reports; in projects, I’ve implemented AI-powered automation and a RAG-based support agent using n8n, Pinecone, and OpenAI.
