At Shell, I lead end-to-end BI and analytics delivery for the WRFM DOS program, from requirements and solution design through deployment and production support. I design Power BI dashboards and semantic models, and develop Databricks pipelines that transform enterprise data into analytics-ready datasets.

I translate stakeholder needs into governed KPI frameworks and self-service reporting, including sales dashboards for revenue, target-versus-actual performance, customer analysis, pipeline, and conversion. I also work with Google Cloud and BigQuery data sources in enterprise analytics solutions.

Previously, at Infosys for Mercedes-Benz AG, I led data and analytics delivery using Azure Databricks, PySpark, Spark SQL, Azure SQL, and Power BI. Across earlier roles at Inlogic Technologies, HTC Global Services, and Capgemini, I developed Power BI reports and supported data transformation, reporting, and ETL work.
