Led the design and delivery of enterprise reporting platforms to enable self-service analytics and improve reporting turnaround. Built and optimized governed Power BI semantic models and DAX measures, and delivered secure Power BI Embedded solutions integrated with Azure, supported by Snowflake/Azure Databricks workloads and Azure DevOps CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Delivered enterprise reporting solutions for Finance teams across multiple APAC business units by building executive dashboards and governed Power BI replacements for legacy Excel reporting. Developed Paginated Reports and SQL views/stored procedures, and supported end-to-end rollout with requirements gathering, UAT, and production deployment.

Built interactive dashboards to help leadership monitor operational KPIs, and created reusable DAX calculations for forecasting and time-intelligence reporting. Developed SQL-based data extraction processes and mentored new analysts through hiring and onboarding.

Led a team of eight analysts for operational delivery and reporting, introducing Power BI and advanced Excel to improve operational visibility. Improved reporting accuracy through KPI standardization and process improvements while producing executive presentations from operational data.
