I’m looking for a BI leadership role where I can own Power BI architecture and data modeling, deliver enterprise dashboards, optimize performance, and mentor a BI team to help stakeholders make faster, data-driven decisions.

I’m a BI and visualization leader with 14+ years in data analytics and reporting, including 5+ years specializing in Power BI architecture, data modeling, and enterprise dashboard delivery. In my current role, I lead end-to-end Power BI dashboard development for marketing and business performance reporting across global accounts, turning stakeholder requirements into clear KPIs and scalable reporting architecture.

I partner with teams to design SQL-based data models and optimize dashboard and query performance to improve refresh times and responsiveness. I also manage and mentor BI developers and analysts, driving team-wide development standards while delivering executive dashboards and self-service reporting that enable faster, data-driven decisions.
