What I'm looking for

I want a business development/go-to-market role where I can combine consultative selling with data-driven market analysis, build strong stakeholder relationships, and support growth and partnerships in Asia-Pacific.

I’m an International Business (BSc Hons) student with hands-on experience across business development, consulting services, execution in sales, and community leadership. As a founding member and community lead of BIC Converge, I bridge academic knowledge with professional practice through applied learning.

At BIC Converge, I spearhead the strategic launch of a business community at Biratnagar International College. I design and execute entrepreneurial readiness programmes, establish industry partnerships, and deliver workshops and incubation frameworks for 200+ participants—turning industry intelligence into practical implementation strategies.

Earlier, I strengthened my commercial and customer-facing skills as a Medical Sales Officer, executing territory sales strategy across Province 1 (East) and improving growth through market data analysis. I conducted product presentations and clinical consultations with healthcare professionals, and increased territory coverage by 30%.

I also worked as a Business Consultant at DESKGOO, identifying B2B opportunities through market analysis and competitive intelligence, then developing marketing plans that led to 15+ on-site client acquisitions. I enjoy communicating ROI clearly, training junior staff to improve operational efficiency, and continuously refining my quantitative and customer service approach.
