What I'm looking for

I'm seeking full-time or part-time remote opportunities in operations, service coordination, customer support, technical support, service desk, dispatch support, or related roles. I'm flexible across time zones.

As a Freelance Web Developer & Client Technical Support professional, I serve as the primary point of contact for clients across multiple industries, responding to requests and providing clear status updates.

I coordinate client projects and service requests from intake through completion, track requirements, and prioritize time-sensitive issues. I use Salesforce CRM and ServiceNow to support customer and service workflows.

I troubleshoot website, hosting, booking, contact-form, and payment-processing issues, and coordinate with third-party platforms when needed. I also implement and maintain booking systems, contact forms, WooCommerce functionality, and payment integrations.

I build and maintain responsive websites using WordPress, Elementor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. I use Power BI and Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, to organize, analyze, and report data for operational and client-support needs.
