I’m a PMP-certified programme, operations and partnerships leader with nearly a decade of experience designing, implementing, and scaling complex sustainability and development programmes across Nigeria and Benin Republic. I translate strategy into practical implementation systems, performance frameworks, and measurable results in complex, resource-constrained environments.

At Wecyclers Nigeria Limited, I lead the design and implementation of sustainability and development programmes with strategic oversight across partnerships, operations, logistics, and people management across multiple states. I’ve built and delivered partnerships with multinational companies and development partners, designed and scaled an operational and capacity-building framework supporting 26 youth-led recycling enterprises, and supported outcomes including recovery of over 4,000 tonnes of recyclable materials annually and 400+ jobs.

I bring a hands-on strength in operational diagnostics and performance improvement, including leading an organisation-wide operational assessment and material reconciliation initiative that reduced material loss by 40% and improved operational efficiency and accountability. I also drive community-based environmental programmes, produce donor-ready reporting and learning briefs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver operational outcomes that stakeholders can trust.
