What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design and improve Salesforce solutions, integrate business systems, support AI and Agentforce adoption, and help teams build practical CRM capabilities through consulting and training.

I've delivered Salesforce consulting and training as a freelancer since 2019 for organizations including ME Group, CCI Hauts-de-France, Cognizant, TF1, and Uprizon across France, the UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Germany, and the Netherlands.

I design solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service; configure custom objects, flows, validation rules, and Lightning pages; and connect Salesforce to external systems through MuleSoft. I translate business needs into functional specifications and Jira or Trello user stories, test and deploy features, and build reports and dashboards.

As a certified Salesforce trainer and lecturer-researcher, I create practical learning materials, prepare learners for Salesforce certifications, and support operational adoption. I also contribute to AI and Agentforce initiatives that improve automation, user assistance, and customer experience.
