I’m looking for a role where I can own Salesforce CRM transformation end-to-end—gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, prioritizing backlog, and driving user adoption through process optimization and continuous improvement.

I’m an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with over 4 years of expertise delivering CRM transformation initiatives within international organizations. Since 2021, I’ve led CRM enhancement initiatives and support for international business teams, gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements while managing and prioritizing the product backlog.

I facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business and IT teams, then drive continuous improvement through process optimization and support. I’ve delivered Salesforce implementation and adoption across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, supported Salesforce Mobile Application rollouts, and contributed to process automation initiatives, while also building my technical foundation across CRM implementation, reporting, and data quality programs.
