I'm a Salesforce consultant based in France with over 5 years of experience, currently with Akkodis (previously Niji). My path has been purely functional and declarative: I never write Apex, but I've built a deep expertise in Flow automation, security and permissions architecture, and reporting, the parts of Salesforce that quietly determine whether a platform actually works for the people using it day to day.

Some of the work I'm proudest of: at Mirakl, I inherited a Salesforce environment with zero documentation and modernized it by reverse-engineering the system into high-performance Flows, then wrote the documentation suite from scratch. At Okantis, I led the end-to-end build of a CRM solution including a full CPQ implementation, self-training on CPQ to close gaps the team didn't have in-house. At Sodexo, I built 100+ reports and dashboards to give the business real visibility into its data. I also spent a year at SoftBank Robotics, designing their internal CRM process and managing the Partner Portal for EMEA sales teams, an experience that gave me a taste for fast-moving, hardware-adjacent tech companies.

I hold six Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and AI Associate.

What I'm looking for now: consulting or audit-style roles where I can assess an existing Salesforce environment, untangle technical debt, and bridge the gap between business needs and platform configuration, ideally in an international, remote-friendly setup. I'm also genuinely curious about how AI is reshaping CRM (Agentforce, Data Cloud), and increasingly interested in bringing that CRM/ops lens to fast-growing tech and robotics companies.
