What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build growth, monetisation, and AI-powered products where experimentation, rapid execution, and data-informed design create measurable business outcomes.

At STAGE, I own growth design across acquisition, activation, monetisation, and reactivation for four product verticals. I launched TVOD with 23% conversion and projected revenue of ₹23L+, while trial-paywall experimentation improved trial conversion from 8% to 28%.

I design AI-powered products, agents, and internal tools that accelerate experimentation and product development. My work includes an AI Character Chatbot, Stage Coins loyalty experience, AI voice-call reactivation experiments, and MIRA, an AI-powered marketing copilot.

Previously at Adani Digital Labs (Trainman), I rebuilt booking and payment recovery journeys, helping reduce booking failures from 16% to 4% and contributing to 4× growth in daily bookings. I’ve also built a multi-sided marketplace from 0→1, founded an independent design studio, and led design systems and cross-functional delivery.
