I built and now run Scotty’s agent pipeline: a 21-agent, 13-stage system (grown from 6 agents over 3 months) that takes a feature from spec to deployment. It moved feature-to-deployment time from 10 days to 2, and human acceptance from 60% to 90%. When individual agents started rubber-stamping their own work in sequence — one gave a page 14/14 on visual fidelity without ever rendering it — I redesigned the system around hard evidence gates instead of self-reported scores, closing 8 structural failure classes.

I’m not a developer by training. My edge is directing AI-assisted engineering with real architectural and UX judgment — scoping what an agent should build, defining the rules it builds within, and catching failures a purely technical reviewer might miss.
