What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise AI, agentic AI, and data-platform products where I can turn ambiguous customer and business problems into measurable outcomes through discovery, rapid prototyping, responsible AI, and cross-functional delivery.

At Verizon, I lead enterprise AI/ML, journey-data and customer-experience products from discovery through production and scale. I led the 0-to-1 rollout of CXS, improving chat CSAT, reducing skill handoffs and lowering AHT.

I build agentic and GenAI concepts using RAG, confidence scoring and human-in-the-loop validation, while owning a journey data platform spanning 1.2B+ customer moments. I also scaled Customer Journey Analyzer to 300+ daily users and guide portfolio delivery across 20 Agile Release Trains.
