What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can deliver evidence-based counselling, lead community mental health initiatives, conduct applied research, and design workshops—within collaborative, growth-oriented organizations.

I am a dynamic and empathetic counselling psychologist with a strong foundation in clinical and research-based psychology, recognized as a Silver Medallist in my M.A. and qualified in UGC-NET and GATE. I combine clinical practice with rigorous research, having conducted large-scale studies on social media, body image, and social anxiety.

I provide evidence-based interventions including CBT, mindfulness, and psychometric assessment for adolescents, young adults, and professionals, and design personalised therapy plans that are culturally sensitive. I also deliver workshops, psychoeducation, and stakeholder-driven community initiatives.

As founder of an NGO focused on mental health awareness and with experience across academic, clinical, and corporate settings, I adapt interventions to diverse populations while leading outreach programs, campaigns, and training projects to expand access to mental health support.
